Panacea Innovation Bootcamp 2018

Panacea are a company that encourages and supports leading edge technological startup companies to get to market.  Once a year they hold a bootcamp on the Oxford University campus, with which they are closely associated.  The bootcamp gives 3 days of seminars that cover all aspects of getting a fledging company funded and off the ground, and then all the way to market.  As well as being a good event to photograph, it was also an extremely instructive few days for me.  As for the future, the technical and biological solutions these young brains are developing is just incredible.
